1. Welcome to Vera
Vera is a private life styling experience for women. By accessing Vera, joining the beta, or using any feature of the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Vera.
2. The Beta Experience
Vera is currently offered as a 12-week private beta. The beta is a co-creation period — features may change, evolve, or be removed as we refine the experience together with the women using it.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account, your invite code, and any information you share with Vera. Please do not share your access with others. Your Becoming Map is yours alone.
4. Your Content
Anything you share with Vera — answers, photos, voice, reflections — remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to deliver the Vera experience to you. We do not sell your data.
5. Acceptable Use
Vera is a private space. Do not use it to harass others, upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
6. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Vera offers reflection, guidance, and personal styling — not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. For health, mental health, legal, or financial concerns, please consult a qualified professional.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vera is provided "as is" during the beta. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as Vera evolves. Material changes will be communicated to you. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
